I am a certified life coach that also practices in talk therapy, guided meditation and cbt techniques. Recently I have underwent training in inner child therapy which I feel is amazing for victims of trauma and abuse. I want to help each of my clients become the amazing people they should be by dealing with their issues and learning to move forward

How I work
I work on a 1-1 basis and in workshops. My aim is to design each clients program uniquely to them as each client is unique. I offer a free consultation. Sessions due to covid can be done face to face or via online or telephone services as well as walk and talks
